Underground Swing is a Seattle-area quartet brought together by a shared love of the hip, swinging sounds of the mid-20th century. We show our debt to the Hot Club of France, and its great virtuosos, Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli, with our gypsy jazz repertoire. We mix it up a bit with some French musette waltzes, tangos, bossa novas, and tunes from the great American songwriters of the jazz age. We are available to bring sweet refrains and a swinging joie de vivre to public venues or your private event.
